The Travelodge Sale Is The Excuse You Needed To Get Away In October
Autumn can be a fantastic time for getting out and about, with the half-term in October being prime time to hire a minibus and explore somewhere new. While the cost of travel in half term can be off-putting, Travelodge has announced a massive sale on hotel stays – even during the school holiday.
The October half-term is usually an important revenue-generating time for hotels and tourism companies but Travelodge has pledged to reduce its prices for a number of days during the month. The deals will be limited to the first 15,000 people to make a booking, so time is a factor.
According to the Mirror, the special deals are valid for prepaid saver or flexible room rates but there are still some dates exempt from the discount, so it’s wise to do a bit of forward planning.
Reduced rates will be available for stays of up to four nights between October 19th and December 27th. To take advantage of the sale, simply enter the code AUTUMNSTAYS at the checkout when booking via the Travelodge site.
Not sure where to go on a coach trip this October? With Halloween coming up, the British capital is hosting an array of events, including the child-friendly Spooky Mystery Trail at Forty Hall on Sunday October 29th. Alternatively, what could be creepier than spending Halloween at the London Dungeons?! For London coach hire, visit us here.
If you’re planning ahead for the festive season meanwhile, a trip to the Christmas markets is unmissable. Wooden huts pop up in most big cities but some of the best-known Christmas markets can be found in Manchester, Bath and Birmingham.
