Key Worker Transport

 

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 many of us our doing our bit by staying at home. However, a significant number of us must continue to work and, for our key workers who cannot work from home, this means still having to travel to and from work.

Public transport is now not only severely disrupted, making travel difficult especially for those who work hours outside of the typical 9-5, but also poses a significant safety risk.

We firmly believe that the safety of our frontline workers should not be compromised. All staff deserve peace of mind travelling to and from work and need this time to relax and unwind after an undoubtedly challenging day.

In light of this, we have made drastic changes to our services so that we are able to offer a safer alternative method of travel to our key workers.

Here are the new safety measures that we now have in place:

• Vehicles will be deep cleaned before the start of each day
• Drivers will be equipped with full PPE to protect both our staff and yours
• We have implemented a no-contact policy within all vehicles
• In accordance with Government guidelines the number of riders allowed per vehicle will be limited to ensure 2m distance can be maintained between all riders
• Hand sanitiser will be available on all vehicles

Further measures can be implemented as per your request. We want every rider to feel safe and at ease, so we are happy to customise our precautionary measures to ensure you and your staff are comfortable.

In addition to the daily commute, it more crucial now than ever before to have a contingency plan in place in the event of disaster. We understand the importance of the welfare and safety of your staff, therefore in the event of an emergency, we are able to provide the travel element of your contingency plan, providing you with a fast, reliable service to keep your staff safe.

In the case of some other unforeseen event, such as industrial action, train strikes or adverse weather conditions, your business does not need to come to a halt. A Class will ensure that your staff are safely transported to their office to ensure minimum disruption to your business.
